Tickets are sold in "Show Times" which begin ever half hour (7:00pm, 7:30pm, 8:00pm, etc.).  Each "Show Time" has a pre designated quantity of tickets associated with it which means "Show Times" can sell out, similar to seats at a movie theater.  To purchase your tickets in advance, simply click on the "Get Tickets Now" button and follow the easy step by step instructions to select the date and time you wish to attend.

Once you have completed your online purchase you will be prompted to print out your ticket.  THIS PRINT-OUT IS YOUR TICKET.  THERE IS NO NEED TO EXCHANGE IT AT THE BOX OFFICE.  Your printed ticket will admit you into the House of Torment and Illusion Manor.

On the night you have chosen to attend we suggest arriving 15 minutes before your designated "Show Time".  Upon arriving at the House of Torment locate the appropriate waiting line for the "Show Time" you have chosen (look for the sign that says "Queue Line Entrance") and enjoy the outside entertainment until your "Show Time" begins.  If you have purchased your tickets in advance THERE IS NO NEED TO EXCHANGE THEM AT THE BOX OFFICE.

Once a "Show Time" beings our staff members will let people into the House of Torment who have purchased tickets for that "Show Time" in groups of 5-10 people at a time.  If your group is less than 5 people you may be added to a larger group during peak nights.  If your group is larger than 10 people it will be broken up into two or more groups due to safety regulations.  Staff members will admit groups into the House of Torment during "Show Times" on a first come first serve basis.  This means those at the front of your line will enter the House of Torment towards the beginning of your "Show Time".  Those at the end of your line will enter the House of Torment towards the end of your "Show Time.  OUR MISSION IS TO ALLOW ALL CUSTOMERS ENTER THE HOUSE OF TORMENT DURING THE 30 MINUTE "SHOW TIME" THEY PURCHASED THEIR TICKETS FOR HOWEVER, ON PEAK NIGHTS (FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS IN OCTOBER), SOMETIMES OUR SHOW TIMES RUNS 10 - 20 MINUTES BEHIND SCHEDULE. 

House of Torment features two world class attractions and while inside the first, it is VERY IMPORTANT TO NOT LOOSE YOUR TICKET.  Secure your ticket tightly as it is needed to admit you to into the second.  LOST TICKETS CANNOT BE REPLACED!!! SECURE YOUR TICKET, DO NOT LOOSE IT!!!
